THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bildad Gathogo Waihumbu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Ol Joro Salient/7399, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1619 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Florence Wangeci Githinji (ID/8823233) and (2) Victor Kimani Gathogo (ID/32820639), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Bildad Gathogo Waihumbu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bildad Gathogo Waihumbu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
