REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Said Mwavidzo Mwanderi and (2) Musa Mwavidzo (deceased), are registered as the proprietors of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Kundutsi “A”/247, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas in the Kadhi Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E151 of 2025, has vested the said property to (1) Said Mwavidzo Mwazara and (2) Rashid Musa Mwavidzo (trustees) and whereas the said green card issued earlier to the said (1) Said Mwavidzo Mwanderi and (2) Musa Mwavidzo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost. Notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
