The business to be transacted at the special sittings shall be as follows: Saturday, 22nd November, 2025 at 9.00 a.m. Tabling of the Budget and Appropriations Committee report on the Busia County First Supplementary Appropriation Bill, 2025. Saturday, 22nd November, 2025 at 11.00 a.m. (a) The Busia County Supplementary Appropriation Bill, 2025–Second reading. (b) Debate of the Budget and Appropriations Committee report on the Busia County First Supplementary Appropriation Bill, 2025.
