APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS, by an extension order dated 19th May, 2025, I appointed Stephen Kamau Njoroge, Assistant Director of Co-operative Audit, to be liquidator for Kenya Planters Co-operative Union (in liquidation) Limited for a period not exceeding one (1) year. And whereas the said Stephen K. Njoroge has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation for Kenya Planters Co-operative Union (in liquidation) Limited for another 8268 8268 period not exceeding one (1) year and appoint Suleiman Wandati, Principal Co-operative Officer to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society.
