REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle registration No. KBV 483F, Mercedes Benz, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all the accumulated storage charges, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold through public auction by Wright Auctions without any further notice, and the proceeds shall be used to pay the accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs including the cost of this publication.
