NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 208, in Volume D1, Folio 370/3704, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Emmanuel Patrick Kibui, of P.O. Box 539– 10101, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Emmanuel Patrick Kibui Karubiu alias Patrick Kibui Karubiu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Emmanuel Patrick Kibui Karubiu alias Patrick Kibui Karubiu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Emmanuel Patrick Kibui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Emmanuel Patrick Kibui only.
