NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd February, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 59, in Volume B-13, Folio 2397/21772, File No. 1637, by our client, Aisha Matano Salim, formerly known as Rachael Nasimiyu Wangila, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rachael Nasimiyu Wangila, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Aisha Matano Salim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Aisha Matano Salim only.
