E17 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Mukuyuni Isitoro, (2) Patrick Sikuku Isitoro and (3) Margaret Nafula Wafula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Historo Mesuswa Buchwa alias Istoro Mesuswa, who died on 18th August, 1989. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By Jacklyne Nafula Nyongesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Sikuta Masinde, who died at Mabanga, on 27th March, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
