TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By Rebecca Wambui Kanyugo, of P.O. Box 20, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanyugo Waichamama Waweru, who died at A.I.C. Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By (1) Samwel Macharia Munyi and (2) Victoria Wangechi Munyi, both of P.O. Box 50857–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Munyi Macharia, late of Mamboleo, who died at Ol Jabet Hospital in Kenya, on 30th October, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
