TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By (1) Dickson Kirema Meeme and (2) Rael Nkirote Maingi, both of P.O. Box 1049–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of probate of last will to the estate of Grace Karoki Meme, who died at Kithoka, on 4th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
