TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025 By Sally Kanini Mbilu, of P.O. Box 1297–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julie Syomiti Mbilu, who died at Coast General Training and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 28th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2025 By (1) Avia Kavutha Kithuku and (2) Marie Kasyoka Mbilu, both of P.O. Box 1297–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kithuku Mbilu, who died at Kitui General Hospital in Kenya, on 5th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
