E9 OF 2024 By Ruth Kabibi Kombe, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanze Lewa Keche, who died on 30th January, 2018. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2025 By (1) Srasser Erika and (2) Marisa Elisabetha Wiederkehr, the deceased’s mother and aunt, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Strasser Sandra Malaika, who died at Bamburi, Mtamboni Junction, on 25th April, 2024. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025 By (1) Ian Michael Corroyer, of 5 Martock Lane, Ash, TA12 6NR, England and (2) Jane Katherine Owles of P.O Box 204, Kilifi in Kenya, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Vera Mavis Corroyer alias Wendy Corroyer, who died at Bamburi Mtamboni Junction, on 29th November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
