TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 18th July, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2025 By (1) Elizabeth Wangari Wachira and (2) Griffins Kombo Chibusya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Chibusya alias Francis Kombo Chibusya alias Francis K. R. Chibusya, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
