TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025 By Peter Kariuki Kinyanjui, of P.O. Box 122, Egerton in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kinyanjui Kariuki alias James Kinyanjui, who died on 16th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2025 By (1) Ruth Wanja Mburu, (2) Hannah Mumbi Mburu and (3) Stephen Kinuthia Mburu, all of P.O. Box 27, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mburu Kinuthia alias Samwel Mburu Kinuthia, who died at Muguga, on 5th May, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
