TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E365 OF 2024 By (1) Rose Auma Jagero and (2) Zephaniah Elly Ayan, both of P.O. Box 625–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Jagero Ondoro, who died on 10th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. E386 OF 2024 By (1) Jemima Awino Anyango and (2) Elizabeth Adhiambo Otieno, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erina Mbeya Ndege alias Meeya Ndege, who died at Nyalenda, on 23rd June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By Dolfine Atieno Ochieng, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Paul Onyango Owiti, who died at Kagwa, on 15th August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
