TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E333 OF 2024
By Gorberchey Omwaga Apunda, of P.O. Box 2104–00100, Nairobi
in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
William Okal Okuoga, who died on 10th May, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E393 OF 2024
By (1) Ashulkumar Jayant Badiani and (2) Nishit Jayantilal Chotai,
the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of
will annexed to the estate Indumati Mansukhlal Panchmatia, who died
at Southern (Residence), on 13th November, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
