E391 OF 2024 By (1) Vincent Henry Owuor and (2) John Otieno Owuor, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Konslata Omolo Owuor, who died at Manyatta ‘A’, on 14th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025 By Aphlyne Aoko Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Churchil Onyango Adero alias Churchill Onyango Adero, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 20th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025 By Fredrick Otieno Owuor, of P.O. Box 1921, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Aloo Nyanji, who died at Nyalenda ‘A’, Kisumu East, on 14th February, 1996. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2025 By (1) Nehemiah Onyango Olwande and (2) Antonina Atieno Ezekiel, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Olwande Godiya, who died at Likoni, on 16th September, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
