TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2025 By Reginalda Atieno Olukho, of P.O. Box 415, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s step sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mikaeli Libendi, who died at Mumias, on 27th December, 1968. CAUSE NO. E567 OF 2025 By Judith Namayi Buyuka, of P.O. Box 305, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Atetwe Buyuka alias Francis Etetwe Bunyafa, who died at Lifecare Hospital in Kenya, on 9th June, 2025. CAUSE NO. E576 OF 2025 By (1) James Hadley Alegwa Mudogo and (2) Arthur Ngaira Mudogo, both of P.O. Box 198, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Mudogo Alegwa, who died at Buteheli Shiswa Sub-location, on 12th December, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
