TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2025 By (1) Emmanuel Wamalwa Waswa and (2) Mercy Nasimiyu Waswa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Kasili Wesamba, who died on 2nd July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2025 By (1) Carolyne Nakhumicha Simiyu, (2) Bradley Wamalwa Kasili and (3) Faith Nekesa Khamala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chrispinus Khamala Wesamba, who died on 5th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
