TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2024 By (1) Richard Okumu Obai, (2) Janet Nasimiyu Wekesa and (3) Samson W. Lolo, all of P.O. Box 1037, Busia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winrose Nanjala Obai, who died on 21st October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025 By Annah Bochaberi Migosi, of P.O. Box 147, Nyamira in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Migosi Moturi alias Judson Migosi Moturi, who died on 28th August, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
