Box 1213–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Kamau Githachiri, who died on 15th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2025 By Mike Ndirangu Kigo, of P.O. Box 2565, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wangoi Kigo, who died at Kaisagat, on 19th August, 2002. CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2025 By (1) Mmbaha Ishmael Adika, (2) Bellarose Ijusa Asiema, (3) Stanley Avudiku Mmbaha and (4) Joyce Kadagulu Mmbaha, all of P.O. Box 1331–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clyda Asiema Mmbaha, who died at Life Care Hospital in Kenya, on 30th October, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
