E187 OF 2025 By (1) Winnie Wanjiru Muinamia and (2) Joseph Kamanga Muinamia, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nganga Mungai, who died on 12th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2025 By (1) John Iguku Njoroge and (2) Lawrence Mburiri Muiru, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Iguku Ngaraba alias Njoroge Iguku, who died on 25th December, 2010. CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2025 By Regina Nyambura Waweru, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Waweru Mutiria, who died on 4th March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E226 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Muchui Ngethe and (2) Joseph Kihara Ngethe, both of P.O. Box 833–00902, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ngethe Muchui, who died on 15th August, 2022.
