Box 60, Murang’a in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Gaita Tatua, who died at Silver Spring, Kasarani, on 9th August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Ndungu Murigi and (2) Jane Wambui Murigi, both of P.O. Box 448, Kajiado in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oren Peter Murigi, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 20th February, 2024. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2025 By Richard Maina Nyanjui, of P.O. Box 1852–01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Nyanjui Gichuhi alias Samuel Nyanjui, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 8th September, 2013. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Ngamate and (2) Stephen Muiruri Ngamate, both of P.O. Box 60–01004, Kanjuku in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ngamate Nyamu alias William Ngamate Paul Nyamu, who died at Equator Nursing Home, on 24th September, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
