TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E441 OF 2024 By (1) Rose Wairimu Maina, (2) Francis Njagira Muchoki and (3) Anne Wanjiru Muchoki, all of P.O. Box 8507–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Muchoki Njagira, who died at Komarock Modern Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
