TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2025 By (1) Stephen Githinji Kibui and (2) James Wagura Kibui, both of P.O. Box 2029–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Wanjiku Kibui, who died on 14th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. 79 OF 2025 By (1) Leah Waihuini Ndumia and (2) Samuel Muriithi Ndumia, both of P.O. Box 121, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ndumia Kanyi, who died on 12th September, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
