TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2025 By (1) Stella Mpinda Kinyua and (2) Jerica M’Arimi, both of P.O. Box 941–6000, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janet Wari Wanja alias Janet Mwaronja M’Ichengi, who died at Runkuru, on 29th October, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
