E17 OF 2025 By Jeremiah Makau Kyenze, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Nyenze Mulwa alias Julius Kyenze Mulwa, who died on 17th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2025 By Kivuva Kimuli Mbuvi, of P.O. Box 59, Matiliku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Kimuli Mbuvi Mateng’e, who died on 4th December, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
