TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2025 By Caroline Nduku Kioko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutisya Muketo, who died on 4th June, 1990. CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2025 By (1) Kaloki Masango and (2) Katithi Masango Kavaa, both of P.O. Box 26–90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Masango Musava alias Musango Musapa alias Musango s/o Musaba, who died on 11th January, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
