TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By Makau Kitema Kivite, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitema Kivite, who died at Kyome Sub-location, on 20th August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Matiti Nzambu and (2) Benson Mung’ei Nzambu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzambu Mungei alias Stephen Nzambu, who died at Guru Nanak Hospital in Kenya, on 8th September, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
