TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025
By Janet Wanja Ndwiga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Muriuki
Mucheke, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd October,
2022.
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2025
By (1) Veronicah Wanjiku Thairu and (2) Elizabeth Njeri
Ndirangu, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Robert Mwangi Ndirangu, who
died at Matura, on 23rd June, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
