TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2025 By Francis Ntari Longotonye, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yiakakit ene Longotonye Mpusia, who died at Kumpa, on 2nd August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2025 By Sayianka ole Kosei, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bana ole Kosei, who died at Kimana Sub-location, on 8th June, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
