TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2025 By (1) Rosemary ene Simat and (2) Queen ene Sitonik, both of P.O. Box 4–20500 Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naponya ene Simat alias Naponya Simat, who died at Narok Cottage Hospital in Kenya, on 29th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
