E136 OF 2025 By (1) Prisca Apiyo Godia and (2) Lawrence Oduor Onyango, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anania Onyango alias Anania Onyango Naman Godia, who died at Yiro West Sub-location, on 13th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E191 OF 2025 By Juliana Anyango Manya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Nyambwaya Manya alias Nyambwaya Manya, who died at Tingare Sub-location, on 5th February, 2000. CAUSE NO. E259 OF 2025 By Benta Apondi Owino, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oduor Omanya, who died on 6th May, 1977. CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2025 By Benta Apondi Owino, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Oningo, who died on 2nd March, 1972. CAUSE NO. E262 OF 2025 By Benta Apondi Owino, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omanya Adewa, who died on 17th August, 1974.
