TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2025 By Shem Obuogi Kowuor, of P.O. Box 37, Sawagongo in Kenya, the deceased’s stepgrandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloo Mboke Mboke alias Aloo Mboke, who died at Uriri, on 3rd January, 1990. CAUSE NO. E238 OF 2025 By Shem Obuogi Kowuor, of P.O. Box 37, Sawagongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Owuor Sigu alias Walter Owuor, who died on 14th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
