TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E437 OF 2024 By Pius Ong’ango Okote, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvester Owiso Odhoch, who died on 27th October, 2003. CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2025 By (1) George Omondi Abuor, (2) Antony Oduor Abuor and (3) Florence Atieno Abuor, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leocadia Akumu Abuor alias Leocadia Abuor alias Leocadia Abuor Akumu, who died on 12th June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
