TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 351 OF 2024 By (1) Johnex Robi Masandaria and (2) Marwa Thomas Rioba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robi Masandaria, who died at Getonganya, on 21st November, 1976. CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2025 By (1) Kennedy Odhiambo Owino, (2) Michael Onyuka and (3) John Otieno Ayieta, all of P.O. Box 1–40405, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okutu Ayieta, who died at Kamagambo Location in 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
