TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By Lucas Anyim Ngongo Obiero, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ng’ong’o Obiero. alias Ngongo Obiero, who died at Thimjope, on 30th June, 1944. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2024 By Joshua Origa Ogutu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogutu Manyala, who died at South Kanyajuok, on 28th August, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
