E168 OF 2025 By Maurice Onyango Odundo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odundo Otayo Midigo, who died at Uyawi, on 15th April, 1991. CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2025 By (1) Debora Atieno Kainga and (2) Lucy Wangari Maina, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Onyiego Adula, who died at Barchando Sub-location, on 25th June, 2010. CAUSE NO. E194 OF 2025 By Joseph Odhiambo Odera, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Odede Odera alias Odede Odera, who died at East Migwena, on 3rd October, 1993. CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2025 By Thomas Ochanda Ongira, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julia Adhiambo Ongira, who died at Nairobi, on 27th October, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
