E101 OF 2025 By Morice Nyarek Obar, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Odhiambo Nyarek, who died at Rodi Township, on 6th December, 2002. CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2025 By (1) Sila Nyamuthe Okode and (2) Jane Anyango Awilly, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Okode Oyuga, who died at Kanyach Kachar, on 28th March, 2008. CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2025 By Denish Otieno Owende, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abur Achieng, who died at Kotieno, on 28th September, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
