TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2025 By Paul Kipyamba Kipkemei, of P.O. Box 14, Chemilil in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kipkemei Gorgo, who died at Nandi Hills Hospital in Kenya, on 12th September, 2008. CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2025 By Edwin Kipkosgei, of P.O. Box 515, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kipruto s/o Rotich alias Joseph Kipruto Rotich who died at Kamwega, on 5th Mayr, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
