Box 352, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ouru Mainda, who died at Nyanchwa Sub-location, on 24th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2025 By Robert Orindi Kumba, of P.O. Box 69–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kumba Keari, who died at Bogeka Sub-location, on 2nd April, 1974. CAUSE NO. E191 OF 2025 By John Ongoncho Omonche, of P.O. Box 858–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Omonche Ongoncho, who died on 26th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
