TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 18th July, 2025 CAUSE NO. E428 OF 2023 By Jason Maera Obongo, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obongo Mokaya, who died at Mwamanwa Sub-location, on 1st July, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
