E93 OF 2025 By Unike Kwamboka Masanso, of P.O. Box 200, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thadeus Masonso Moturi alias Yutta Tateo, who died on 23rd November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By Fredrick Gisairo Ateka, of P.O. Box 3279, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Nyamoita Ateka, who died at Sirate Sub-location, on 23rd January, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
