TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 18th July, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E248 OF 2024 By (1) Elikana Nyachae Daniel and (2) Agnes Kemunto Barare, both of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Maranga Atera, who died at Bigege, on 5th August, 1982. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025 By (1) Kenneth Anyona Okemwa and (2) Alex Barongo Okemwa, both of P.O. Box 418–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph anyone Okemwa alias Anyona Okemwa, who died at Kapsoya, on 25th August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
