E61 OF 2025 By David Otwori Nyaboga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manasi Nyaboga, who died at Nyaisero Sub-location, on 9th August, 2014. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2025 By Nathan Polemarchus Magembe, of P.O. Box 5, Ogembo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barongo Okioga, who died at Machohe Boochi Sub-location, on 15th May, 1996. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025 By Nathan Polemarchus Magembe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyabicha Ondara, who died at Mangere Sub-location, on 29th July, 1974. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2025 By Nathan Polemarchus Magembe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Omundi Ondara alias Daud Omundi Ondara, who died at Machohe Boochi Sub-location, on 24th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
