TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2025 By Sidi Katana Nzai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenga Nzai, who died on 6th May, 1985. CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2025 By Martin Hare Tsuma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hare Tsuma Kanundu alias Hare Tsuma, who died at Mgangani, Dabaso, on 17th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2025 By Kapombe Baya Yaa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyongoro Mureh Yaa, who died on 28th February, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
