TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2025 By Sidi Katana Nzai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenga Nzai, who died on 6th May, 1985. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By Erick Kombe Nzai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Katana Nzai alias Katana Nzai alias Katana Ndzai alias Hon. Katana Ndzai, who died on 18th August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
