TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 18th July, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2024 By (1) Kwekwe Sanga Charo, (2) Emmanuel Dzombo Mwembe and (3) Sifa Dzombo Mwembe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwembe Joho Gaga, who died on 15th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2024 By Ndeje Amani Nickson, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndeje Chishambo Dume alias Ndeje Chisambo, who died on 5th July, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
