E73 OF 2025 By (1) Douglas Chome Barawa, (2) Peter Mwavuo Ngonyo and (3) Rose Kadii Barawa, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Barawa Mwambegu, who died on 28th August, 2012.
