TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025 By (1) Phoebe Wangui Macharia and (2) Teresa Gathoni Kimani, both of P.O. Box 16–00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Gachugu Ruitha, who died at Mukurweini Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 2010. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Mwai Ndegwa and (2) Mathew Githua Gateri, both of P.O. Box 319–10104, Mweiga in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gatuma Gitukunya alias Gatuma s/o Gitukunya, who died at Kiangoma, Gaturia Mukurweini, on 12th October, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
